tubing

The  

axle  

assemblies

made  

from

4130 cromolly steel.

All  

frames  

are  

fully  

fillet  

brazed  

with  

silicon  

bronze,  

enabling  

any

frame  

angles  

to  

be  

used  

and  

complete  

freedom  

of  

design.  

The  

brazing  

is  

all  

hand

finished  

and  

blended  

seamlessly  

to  

the  

frame  

tubing.  

This  

method  

of  

frame  

building

allows freedom of design and does not stress the tubing.

Normal    

diamond    

frames    

and    

step-through

designs  

are  

catered  

for  

and  

all  

Trykit  

machines

have Trykit two wheel drive axles.

Single  

wheel  

drive  

is  

available  

by  

request,  

this  

is

achieved   

be   

removing   

one   

set   

of   

drive   

pawls

from the special cassette body.

Options

brakes,  

rear  

carriers,  

extra  

bottle  

cage

mounts,   

rear   

mudguards   

and   

stays,   

dynamo   

lighting

Racing   

tricycles   

can   

have

light   

aero

   

carbon

rimmed   

wheels   

or   

alloy   

rims,   

carbon   

handlebars

and    

tribars,    

normal    

dropped    

bars,    

carbon    

seat    

posts,    

carbon

cranksets. in fact whatever specification you choose.

Trykit  

frames  

and  

trikes  

can  

be  

easily  

identified  

by

the Y shaped bracing between the two curved chain stays.

TRYKIT

number  

incorporating  

the  

date  

of  

manufacture

is stamped under the bottom bracket.

 

Prices for Complete Tricycles vary considerably as they are custom built, but a base starting price would be £3500.00 Frame and fork prices. Reynolds 631 frame and fork £2500.00 Reynolds 725 frame and 631 fork £2700.00 Reynolds 853 frame and 853 fork £2950.00 All frames are supplied with the Trykit two wheel drive cassette fitted as standard. Two sets of bottle bosses and all cable stops fitted as standard. Wheel hubs are included drilled to order. Fully built wheels can be supplied extra. A 1 ⅛” Hope headset is included. Frames are painted a single colour of your choice. Multi colours are extra. Tandem Tricycles Bespoke tandem tricycles are built to the same high standard as all Trykit machines.
